We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Sand in my Toes purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 5 days from the date of receipt for a refund, including sale items.
You can always exchange your swimwear either with new collection or sale collection items. We will only accept one exchange per order. To clarify, we do not exchange goods that have been already exchanged.
About faulty items:
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase.
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered to be faulty.
The item should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear.
We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods.
Merchandise that is not in a new condition, and has been damaged in any way or it has been washed will not be refunded and will be sent back to the purchaser.
It is up to your decision on how you wish to return your purchase. Please include the original order confirmation found in your parcel and send it back to us with the items you wish to return.
Sand in my Toes swimwear is responsible for the free shipping of the swimwear at its first purchase order. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for the return & receipt shipping charges. It is imperative you retain your proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us.

Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility until the returns reaches our warehouse.
