Shipping & Delivery

Our products are delivered in Greece free of charge via the delivery companies ACS & SPEEDEX.

As an exception, for remote areas there is a charge of 4 euros for delivery location or there is the option of receiving free of charge from the local point of your area.

For Cyprus the delivery takes place via ACS at the cost of 7 euros. In any case of a product return the cost comes to 15 euros.

The shipment leaves from our offices the same day or maximum the next working day after your order is placed.

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. With this number you can track your shipment. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party is responsible of contacting the courier.

Most in stock items are shipped in Greece within 1-2 business days.

Shipment in Cyprus takes about 5-6 days to arrive in its destination.

However, occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer.
