Returns Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your Sand in my Toes purchase. However, if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt including sale items. Bank transfer charges from refund are upon the customer. Also the shipping costs from refund that are estimated for 3€ for Athens for all over Greece are upon the customer. For the return of the product you will be contacting with ACS in our charge and afterwards the equivalent amount will be subtracted from the amount returned to you account.

• For returns that are coming from Cyprus the cost is determined at 25€.
• You can always exchange your swimwear either with new collection or sale collection items.
• The item should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
• In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear.
• We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods.
• Merchandise that is not in a new condition, and has been damaged in any way or it has been washed will not be refunded and will be sent back to the purchaser.

About faulty items:

• Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear are not considered to be faulty.
• Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase.

Outlet Products:

• For products that belong to the outlet category, there is no right to a refund or an exchange of the product.

Sand in my Toes swimwear is responsible for the free shipping of the swimwear at its first purchase order. Therefore, the buyer is responsible for the return & receipt shipping charges. It is imperative you retain your proof of postage with the tracking number as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility until the returns reaches our warehouse. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Also, we would like to remind you that it is necessary to attach with the swimwear that you return the retail receipt.
